Please log in to your details in order to access your account.

Steps:

1. To log in to the site to view your current account balance, please click the following link. https://icarecenter.icareparentportal.com/
2. Click on forgot password. (On the bottom of second line)
3. Type in your email address. (The one you are receiving this email with)
4. Press the send button.
5. The system will generate a temporary password and send it to your email address.
6. Follow the link.
7. Enter your email address in the top line.
8. Enter the password you just received in your email in the second line.
9. Press the login button.
10. You will be asked to create a new password.
11. The System will log you out.
12. You will have to log in back with your email address and the password you just created.
